What we collect

• Booking fields: name, email, phone, date, tour time, guest count, selected offer, optional company name.
• Visitor notes that you type into the visitor-information field. For adults this may include identity-card or passport numbers, nationality and residence. Identification details are required as part of the entry procedure.

Why

To process reservation requests, send email confirmation, communicate schedule changes, and supply data required for entry to the restricted area.

Where it goes

The booking form posts to a server-side mail script that emails info@bunker.ba and info@travelkonjic.com. Identity data is not sent to Google Analytics, ads pixels, URLs or browser storage.

Cookies

A local consent flag may be stored if optional analytics is configured.

Your rights

Email info@bunker.ba to access, correct or delete personal data we hold, subject to legal obligations around visitor logs for the restricted site.
